Cinnamon Maple Butter

Maple Cinnamon Butter

Makes scant half a cup


  • Unsalted butter (softened, not melted) – 4 tbsp

  • Maple syrup – 3 tbsp

  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp

  • Vanilla extract – ¼ tsp

  • Pinch of salt


  • Using an electric hand mixer, whip all ingredients till smooth and fluffy

  • Pack the whipped butter into a ramekin and refrigerate until use

  • Slather on freshly baked scones, muffins, pancakes, waffles or on toast

 TIP – If you can’t find maple syrup, replace with pure honey.
