Makes scant half a cup
Ingredients

Unsalted butter (softened, not melted) – 4 tbsp

Maple syrup – 3 tbsp

Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp

Vanilla extract – ¼ tsp

Pinch of salt
Method

Using an electric hand mixer, whip all ingredients till smooth and fluffy

Pack the whipped butter into a ramekin and refrigerate until use

Slather on freshly baked scones, muffins, pancakes, waffles or on toast
TIP – If you can’t find maple syrup, replace with pure honey.
